Episode
2. 'Qi'an', the human name of Mogol language, is in Malgal ‘Kiyan澗 (gan)’ in other words 'Girlgan乞澗', i.e. 'Dae
gan大澗 great gan’
So far, we have traced the Kiyat tribe to find out that the Kiyat used Balhae's "Girl=great”, but it was difficult to find out who the ‘Girl family’ of Balhae was referring to in history books. Therefore, to find out who the legendary ancestors of Genghis Khan/Chinggiz Khan, Qitan/Kiyan, were, in the Big War, we had to trace who in history was Nekuz, who had fled together to the legendary Arkana Korn.
We already knew that 'girl 乞' means the same as 'great大' and that korean
today means the same as 'great is keul/keu da’. So it is better to reveal what
is 'great gan 大澗' said in the history book first. In
conclusion, it is possible to reveal 'Kiyan/ Qiyan', the main character
who wants to find out by replacing Dae Il-ha 大壹夏, the son
of Dae Ya-bal ,the younger brother of Dae Joy-oung who founded Balhae Dynasty. In order to find
the meaning of the name of 'Kiyan/Qiyan', the author had to find it in
<Tarikh-e Monghul, 集史History of Mongolia, 1387>.
"In
Mongolian, 'Qiyan' means ‘steep, violent torrent that flows from top to bottom
of a mountain’. Kiyan/Qiyan was given this name because he was brave and
daring, and very courageous," it is written in Tarikh-e Monghul, 集史 History of Mongolia, 1387>. So what was the word, that Rashid
said, that connected the sound and meaning of this name 'Qiyan'? There
is no word with the sound Qiyan in Mongolian. It is ‘gan澗means the water of ravine' that flows rapidly and vigorously in
Chinese characters.
It was
consistent with the meaning of "Qiyan" in <Tarikh-e
Monghul, 集史 History of Mongolia, 1387>. This was
the same as the meaning of "gan澗" in chinese
characters. The pronunciation could be changed to "gan干 = khan = kohn = king王" in Chinese
characters and korean. Rashid
read “gan澗 king= khan" written in chinese
characters as "Qiyan" at the time, and the meaning was interpreted to
write the pronunciation in Persian, and the meaning was interpreted to record
it. So, if the name was expressed in other words as "Kiyat Kiyan (乞澗 great gan)’, it means the same word as "Girl Gan乞澗great gan." It is differently "Dae Kiyan大 澗 great gan" and this word is "Dae Khan大 汗=great king."
In
view of this, the name of "Qiyan" was recorded as "Malgal-style
Chinese character" during the Rashid period. Rashid, who did not know the
Chinese character, wrote down the name "Qiyan" after receiving the
contents of the Mongolian imperial family of the Ilkhanate or the imperial
family of the Dae Yuan Empire大元 that Rashid met.
Just
as the word "Mongol몽고" itself was changed from "Malgal 靺鞨말갈", "Kiyan /Qiyan" was "Girl gan 乞澗" = " Qiyat Qiyan 乞澗" and
"Dae gan 大澗in Korean pronouncement".
The writer tried to find this character, "New Tang History", "Old Tang History", and "Samguk Sagi of old three dynasty history in Korea", but there was none. The reason was that this character was not a direct descendant of the royal family. In general, when recording genealogy, it was because of the tradition of family genealogy that only direct descendants were recorded, not collateral descendants. Therefore, in order to find out who the legendary ancestors of Genghis Khan/Chinggiz Khan "Qitan/Kiyan" were, it was necessary to trace who in history was a character named Nekuz who had fled and lived together to Arkana Korn, a legendary place in the great war.
